Zdeněk, could you, please, resynthesize spkr_AJ and spkr_KI speech corpora with an HMM synthesizer? I require the sequence of HMM-estimated speech parameters (F0, energy, spectrum, ...) for the sentences in these corpora and their relation to the corresponding phones.

Also, I would need the same sequence of parameters for few (about 100) shorter phrases which did not appeared in either of the corpora.

Data is stored in /artic/Experiments/DT_param_trajectories/

Directory for each speaker contains 2 subdirectories:
  • /corpus/ contains data files for the original corpus
  • /corpus_LukAr/ contains sentences selected from the corpus of laryngo-speaker LukAr
There are 4 files for each utterance:
  • *.lab contains first and last frame indices for particular phones/units
  • *.1, *.2 and *.3 contain cepstral parameters (dim 40) logF0 and band aperidocity parameters (dim 21), respectivelly. All parameters are stored in floats. I think that aperiodicity parameters may be probably not very useful for your task.

There are some of the sentences missing (e.g. spkr_AJ/corpus/oznam00761_00.lab, spkr_AJ/corpus/oznam01019_00.lab, ... ). It is not a big problem (I will simply ignore them), byt why are they missing?

Some sentences were excluded during preprocessing:

  • sentences with undefined prosodeme X.X
  • sentences with special non-speech events, like CLICK, LIPSMACK, etc.

I created parameter trajectories for JS and MR.
Besides, I generated new files for AJ and KI since I found a bug in my algorithm.
